Depending on which definition you have of net neutrality.
If they allow other VOIP services to use the dedicated bandwidth for no additional fee to the company, then it's not. That's probably not what they're doing. Hence why they can charge more for a "better service". The incumbant plan will be to rinse and repeat this for all internet services so they can capture the revenue for all their "better services". When in fact the service is exactly the same/or worse. |
