<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1013851"><b>Old_Grouch</b></A> : I joined Movielink a few hours ago and rented my first movie.  Let it download while I did some other work and when I tried to watch it....it refused to let me.  The retain until and watch before dates in their movie manager were dated before my account was even created or the movie downloaded.<br><br>I spent a while waiting in queue for help to arrive in response to my posted question...turns out they've had a server problem and they suggested I delete the movie from my hard disk & they'll reset the charge on my account.<br><br>At least the queue monitor was useful.
