Primus DSL disconnects

I have recently switched to Primus DSL service after the Magma buyout and am not pleased. I have had frequent dsl disconnects with and without the router. After testing without the router, i know it's the service. I have checked/replaced filters and phone lines as well isolating all other possible problematic options. Is anybody else experiencing this poor service from Primus?
