Most decent AV's can be set to silent, where only logging is kept. Nag-popups are normally a signature of poor programs that are dying for attention and are desperately trying to prove their worth (suites). Can anyone recommend an AV or IS suite that is intelligent enough not to send a taskbar popup when the user is gaming or otherwise using the full window (ie movies)? I'm using old Sygate and NAV2007...I don't think they have settings to queue messages until after I'm out of a game or done with a movie.
