When Cavtel first arrived in Virginia, I was impressed with them, signed up to test DSL when it was available, talked my clients into switching, and for awhile, they were such an improvement over Bell-Atlantic that I heard no complaints. It wasn't long before all of that changed, however, and now I warn my clients to get away from "The Cave" as soon as they can.
