I guess it depends on where you live

I live in Charleston, WV and we have the worst service. Just about every other day we have to reset our modem and then restart our router for the internet to work again. Just the other day the internet was down and it was clearly a suddenlink problem but they kept telling me that there are no problems on our end. I talked to our neighbor and his internet was out too, our problem? I wish I had my Version DSL back, it was so much better, but I can't get it where I live now.
