Remember my wife worked there for a short time. They could care less about anyone situation or complaint.

Yeah, I noticed that later... It used to be that way though.

I've talked to many CSRs in the past and always complain about their policy of making any changes to your account will kick you off of your current pricing to the current pricing. They've heard the complaint many times and whether they pass it on, who knows, or does management not care.
