<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/593039"><b>NightHawke</b></A> : That the gulf coast folks have been neglected by the telcos for this long. The community does not have 100% DSL coverage by at&t. Their excuse? Lack of interest. Bottom line is that folks do NOT know that DSL can be had if they apply pressure to the right places.<br><br>It is a painful existence for folks that are accustomed to high speed service, only to come down here and wind up getting the dregs of the system. Maybe getting 1/2 to 3/4 of what their original service offered.<br><br>I'm glad that the muni Wifi project got completed instead of getting set aside like most of the infrastructure improvement projects get locally. Pity it's going to cost the users a small copper to run on.]]></description>
