| First of all, I'm jealous that you received an e-mail reply from them at all. I have submitted a dozen support tickets, and have yet to hear back from something other than an autoresponse.
I noticed that TB's web site didn't have SSL for their credit card processing page for the first couple weeks that it was up. It appears there was a scripting error with the credit card processing routine too. All this seems to have since been fixed.
Within the 200,000 people bailing from SR, there's bound to be a couple who know enough to cause some havoc on an unsecured Web site like that. |
