Just a few simple things you might do:
Perhaps the cable modem is getting too hot due to the warmer temperatures. Or, perhaps, the power-line voltage is lower than normal.
1. Is your cable modem sitting on top of your PC or another heat source? 2. If that is not an issue, try using a fan to cool the modem. 3. Do the lights dim if an appliance is turned on? Ask the electricity provider about the incoming voltage at your home. Has it changed recently due to extra demand on the system? |
