 Microsoft needs to give the FCC time to test NEW device

Microsoft admits the device they gave the FCC didn't work. They just gave the FCC a new device to test in the last week, and are now whining because they didn't get an automatic OK. How about they give the FCC some time to actually test the new device themselves.
