Re: unions hate them? all the more reason to USE them! Unions are useless and that's coming from a union member. The only things unions do anymore are protect people who don't want to work and take money out of paychecks. Every time a manager gets on someone at work for not doing their job, the person cries and goes to the union rep. The end result is that you can't fire useless workers no matter what.
