| Re: DSL Modem If you can configure your modem to G.dmt, VPI/VCI at 0/35, and ATM encapsulation at LLC, you should be able to use the modem you currently have. Also, some older Alcatel modems were configured on the outer (Line 2) pair of conductors on the RJ-11 plug. You may need to adapt to that.

| Re: DSL Modem said by armen30  :How would I do that? It depends upon the modem. You need to be able to access a configuration page. Might be HTTP, might be Telnet. I don't know about all modems out there; only had a Westell WireSpeed B90-36R516, and replaced it with a SpeedStream 4100 later.
