I'm jumping ship and leaving VoiceWing after 2 years. What began 12 days ago as a outgoing call suspension mistake by their e911 system has progressed to no outgoing or incoming calls. During these 12 days, it has become more and more difficult to reach their technical service and I've been on hold for over an hour twice today without getting through. They have failed to follow through time and time again with commitments they made. They absolutely ignore e-mails. So it's not like I had a choice - no phone service and completely unable to reach them to ask about it. Adios, VoiceWing. |
