Whoops you're right I have now downed the tech support to the lowest possible score and lowered the value for the money as well. I still love the features that you can manage online.....but not much else. No doubt they seem to have tried to respond to the Sun Rocket crash without significant increase in Tech support budget. They may regret that sooner or later.
