I use Comcast now but Verizon offers up to 3mbps/768kbps (I got 2.8mbps/730 kbps) dry loop DSL in Baltimore for $34.95 per month for dry-loop compared to $29.95 per month for the same speed bundled with dialtone. Cavalier offers dry loop at "up to 10mbp" (more like 6mbps/850kbps in my neighborhood) for $40.00 per month.
