15/1 is premium?

15/2 is the "base" tier with Cablevision for $50/mo (or $45 if you have TV service). The "boost" tier is 30/5. No variation in pricing by geography - same price everwhere, regardless of the competition (U-Verse in some places, FiOS in others).

U-verse is a joke at 6mbps. They should call it narrowband.
