| reply to kes601 Re: HD Pixellation Back (Again) in Philly
We watched Burn Notice (USA) recorded Thursday night and there was no issue whatsoever. I had the NFL-HD channel on for a time Friday, and noticed no problems.
I think it's funny that we're down to reporting what's NOT wrong.
Jeep - is there a way to check the group ticket on line?
Does anyone else receive automated phone calls a few days after each time they call in asking if their install happened and to rate the installer? I do. |

| As I reported earlier in the thread, I had bad issues on the following channels Wednesday afternoon:
NFL-HD ESPN-HD Food-HD HGTV-HD Discovery HD Theater HD Net
Then, later that day, noping reported here that USA was unwatchable.
kes601 - how'd you guys get your issue fixed so fast? Does Ivan Seidenberg have a vacation home in your neighborhood or something? |

Do you know if your issue was being seen out of the entire area served by the Philly VHO? |

| Just watched a little bit this morning - not seeing any tiling - but was watching Food HD - it was almost like "pulsing" - like it wanted to tile..but then didn't.
That's the only thing i've noticed since Thursday night. Obviously since the group ticket is still open - they aren't comfortable with the results yet.

| reply to JeepMatt Well, I was watching a show recorded Friday on SCI-FI and I had the weidest experience. About 10 minutes into the show an Allstate commercial came on and the DVR kept jumping between 10 minutes and 55 minutes (with pixellation) and finally settled out at 55 minutes meaning the show was almost over. This was recorded at 10:00 PM (EDT).
Anyone else ever seen something this weird? |
