Let's all get along my peeps! 
It all depends on what your watching.
I just watched the 1st 3 innings of the Phils game on CSN-HD with no breakup at all.
I turn on Starz HD - I get tiling and dropout within seconds. I see it on Showtime and HBO HD.
I turn on Starz West SD - not seeing any tiling. I flipped through HBO Zone SD earlier - major tiling.
So if we all sat and watched the same thing - we'd all be in the same boat.

Wynnewood, PA | JeepMatt, you're right. We're all in for the same result. That there be no more pixelation/tiling problems. And anything that comes up is fixed before we notice it. I'd love to not have any more Fios problems to complain about. |

USA Network, Universal HD = unwatchable.

| Just had on Food SD (144) - Feasting on Asphalt.
Breakup and audio drops at least every minute.
Why they would make us endure this instead of just fixing it overnight is beyond me.

OK, I just posted the problem for Newtown Pa on the Direct forum. I am getting the pixellation on 833, 834, 826 and also 120. Let's hope enough of us can exert some pressure.
My breakup shows up more on my Tivo 3 than on my tv's with cablecards and I went through this from April 16 to May 6 and then it magically cleared up. Let's hope verizon can find out where their light beams are crossed

Tonight I'm seeing something I've never seen before (on HBO, SHO and maybe some others). I'm going to guess that frames are dropping because the picture has a sort of jerky look to it, not unlike looking at a DVD that is being FF'd at 1.5X. |

| Saw it a couple times during Rescue Me tonight on FX, too.
Open a Direct Ticket and report it to the powers that be so they can do nothing to fix it for 3 days.
Verizon FiOS television service in the Philadelphia Pennsylvania area, including Bucks County, West Chester County, Northern Delaware and Mercer County, New Jersey is becoming increasingly unreliable. Can anyone think of any other good Google search terms to add to that statement? |

3 edits | UGH! Thanks Cee- not what I wanted to hear, for sure. That will basically mean we are stuck for (at least) another day with this.
Unreal - the 3rd 3+ day tiling "issue" in less than 4 months. Someone needs to expose the real issue here.
Verizon should be totally embarrassed and ashamed for the lack of quality we are receiving. |

| I just did a brief run through some of the channels that everyone mentioned earlier. I checked 120, 144, 826, 833, 834, 840, 841. And they still show some pixelation. It's very brief, but it's there. No audio drops on any of them – just a rapid tiling streak across.
I'll go update the ticket again. |

| Agree with you Cee - since i'm at work - I can't monitor either.
This is rediculous that they've let another night go without fixing it.
Or - maybe this time they actually need to REPLACE the equipment and not bullshit us with some makeshift band-aid.
I feel bad for all of the paying customers out there that are putting up with this. I told Joe in the Direct forum that i've had more problems with FIOS TV in the 7 months i've had it than I have in my 33 years of life.

Might help bring the problem to a final head if the big wigs get thrown in day long meetings because their "state of the art" service was being bashed on the local news. |
