New service

Qwest talked about this very briefly in their ISP conference call a week ago. The first iteration didn't allow competitive ISP's on the network, future ones are supposed to.

I was surprised to hear that Qwest is going to let 3rd party ISP's on the network now that the RBOC's aren't required to let competitors use their DSL services.

join:2005-01-25		 Believe it or not, Qwest likes to wholesale their services as well as retail. Easy money, fewer company employees to pay.
