they use FTTN so that they can move the switching station to areas its not in and use a subpanel. I live in Cave Creek and qwest just changed out t1 out for vdsl 7mg FTTN. we live nowere near a switching station and FTTN lets them place subpannels acting as switching stations so please QQ someplace else.
