Hey kids-
A Group ticket is now established.

Apparently they are "seeing issues with a piece of equipment". Hmmmm..I'm wondering if it's the same one that's failed 3 times now???

"Piece of" something. Don't know if "equipment" would be the noun I'd use at this point.

Joe (in the Direct forum) actually asked me to pass on that anyone in this area that is seeing these problems to please create a post in the Direct forum. He will create a ticket for you, then attach it to the group ticket.

Turned on the TV, observed that the problem is still happening (shocking) and opened a Direct ticket.
