| [TB] My TeleBlend is not working I paid mony to teleblend on 07/22/2007. But till date my voice mail was on sunrocket only.
TODAY SUDDENLY TELEBLEND STOPPED WORKING. When called CUSTOMER SUPPORT, there is automated response.
What is going on? |

Mine went down this morning, No incomming or outgoing..Called support automated message all circuits busy.

There was dial tone when I tried to make a call this morning. But it was dead air after phone# was entered. I noticed that the VOIP light was on. I then rebooted the gizmo, and VOIP light is no longer on since. |

| Dial tone is generated locally. I rebooted and the usual lights are on, but all I get is dead air followed (eventually) by a busy. Calls in, same deal. |

I'm in Denver, and I lost all incoming/outgoing service this morning also. My dad is in south Colorado and he lost his service this morning as well. We both have Teleblend. |

612 from St Paul MN..i signed up on 11th...outgoing worked till 13th august...14th august jus different dial tone with busy signal...today morning no sound....  |

Strange....
Logged into SR Member Portal for number ported to TB, and I get error messages.
Logged into SR Portal for non-ported number, and all is well, no errors.
This could only mean that they are making the change.
What is stupid is the fact that they decide to do it in the middle of the day, when typical usage occurs.
I guess they lack a bit of 'common sense' when it comes to these things. They thought their call volume was high before? What about the pissed off people that will now cancel?

My service here in Kansas City went down sometime after 8:30 AM. I suspect their whole network is down. So far, my phone service from Teleblend has been non-operational more time than during the nearly seven months I had Sunrocket service. |
