Re: [TB] My TeleBlend is not working

It looks like all of the former SunRocket SIP servers are down.

A scan of these IP numbers assigned to Quest, and leased to SunRocket does not find any of them pingable at this time.

Qwest Communications Corporation QWEST-INET-37 (NET-72-164-0-0-1)

72.164.0.0 - 72.166.255.255

SUN ROCKET, INC. Q0204-72-165-163-0 (NET-72-165-163-0-1)

72.165.163.0 - 72.165.163.255

Does anyone have a SR/TB working SIP server IP address?

The sip proxy configured on my gizmo seems to be alive and pingable. See below for a trace route. The other at .125 also responded to ping.

indeed putting that IP address into my AC-211 brought back my green "Voice" light.
However I no longer can make any 800 number calls, or dial zero and get my friendly TB operator informing me that my SunRocket service has been disconnected.

What about incomming calls? Do they go through?

This is my SR line, I never payed the ransom to TB, so incoming stopped a few days ago.
I am just watching this SR/TB freight train heading into the dead-end tunnel while I await my number port to VT on the 21st.

Thanks.
AT least you gave us a heads up on a range of IP's that might work.
If I were at home, I would switch and report beck, but that won't happen for a few hours yet.

It sounds like TB lost the lease or rights to the old SR IP's, and now they are scrambling to update.

sidenote: If you have provissioning turned off, you will not get updates to the new servers.
