How reliabie is Broadvoice?

How is the data quality and uptime with Broadvoice?
Anyone using their own equipment as they offer BYOD?

Also any feedback on their customer service?

I had their service for 1.5 years before porting my number over to sunrocket... then sunrocket died. I wish I hadnt. Their plans are very reasonable. They offer BYOD and support softphones like Xlite which you can get for free from counterpath.net They had someone answering the phones on new years night and day. They have also been very responsive on their email support as well.

Thanks, that helps.

I signed up with them but I'm not able to get incoming calls... Strange enough, I had sunrocket also and I'm able to get incoming and outgoing with them at the moment.

I have a trouble ticket in with Broadvoice, will have to see how this goes. It was working fine just a day or so ago.
