DHRacer : I second the motion that tech support sucks, but I really haven't had to call it (thankfully) because I haven't really had any major issues, just quibbles. I usually get a little help, but not much.

However, I'm not having any problems with Charter other than their price is higher for Triple Play than I was paying for VZ Phone/DSL + DTV. Maybe if there was some competition around here for HSI there might be some desire to be competitive pricewise.

I don't see TimeWarner changing anything if they bought Charter out here. Wouldn't change the lack of competition in this market, so the price wouldn't change. And from the stories I've heard about the fun TW is having absorbing Adelphia in the L.A. area, I really don't want to see my fairly decent connection and service go completely in the toilet.
--
"No one will believe you solved this problem in one day! We've been working on it for months. Now, go act busy for a few weeks and I'll let you know when it's time to tell them."
hack4fun : I hope he does sell it to Time Warner or Cox. Service Sucks and is overpriced! Let someone that has the resources to maintain it take it over, rather then just run it into the ground. BTW did I mention tech support sucks @ss!
