just called them .. only a 5 minutes wait. Girl was nice and she said (take it for what it is worth) is that due to the volume, they are restoring people in groups, but expect everyone to be working today. So I will wait ... |

| reply to frustrated2 Don't forget to power-cycle your ATA. (Heck, I power cycle everything when something like this happens).
FWIW, my service was restored yesterday afternoon, but I definitely feel for the others out there still w/o service.
Hope you guys get up & running very soon!! |

| reply to frustrated2 That apparently is talking about the problem from last week when people could not receive calls (but were able to make calls).
Starting yesterday, people lost both incoming and outgoing. This is a new problem. Mine is still not working.
Any TB staff watching this board? Can you acknowledge the issue?

Isn't the definition of insanity doing the same thing over and over yet expecting a different outcome? I could do it in my sleep, yet no service at all. 919 460-6xxx |

Consider yourself lucky. It's obvious that others don't have their service restored yet.

About 5 minutes should be sufficient. -- Hey Buddy, can you spare a cycle? Join Team Helix |
