I worked in the St. Louis call center for several years. Its far from just being complaints from the coasts. I would get dozens of complaints every day about poor service in just the St. Louis area that we supported. We had one particular area in St. Louis county that went down almost daily around 6pm and another area like that just across the river in Illinois. It got to the point that I knew people by voice recognition because they were calling every day.
There are places that the service works well. Mine works pretty much all the time except they cant get my bill right and keep turning off things I should have like VOD and my high def channels. Even though the service works, the lack of customer support makes me want to switch to something else. They just can't get it right. |
