<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1091607"><b>adisor19</b></A> : Again, as mentioned in the update of my review, Videotron just put a 100GB for COMBINED upload and download on the extreme tier.<br><br>Everybody has 30 days to cancel the contract from the time they receive their letter with NO PENALTY.<br><br>For now, i recommend to change from EXTREME to regular High Speed tier and if you go over the 20GB/10GB cap, you can only have a max of 30$ penalty which is equivalent to the same price they charge for the EXTREME but without the lame ass 100GB cap.<br><br>Adi]]></description>
