My guess as to who is ultimately responsible for creating
all the Zhelatin/Tibs/Storm spams is most likely the World's
most notorious spammer, Leo Kuvayev, aka Badcow. Spamhaus.org
says he has been implicated in the distribution of malware.

I wouldn't be surprised if the address where the malware is
hosted is a compromised botnet machine. It's DNS is
lam06-3-82-240-161-70.fbx.proxad.net.

Proxad is a French residential/business ISP, iirc.
