There have to be some limits because there are always people who are incapable of exercising the most basic self-restraint. 100GB is hardly crippling. If people don't show some common sense providers are going to throw up their hands and write us all off as lunatics. Can't we help ourselves by trying to appear reasonable?

ngage @mc.videotron.ca	My home network can use a combined 10GB a day just by browsing websites. No pirating whatsoever. That alone is over the 100GB cap in 10 days! The internet is evolving, and the ISPs need to eveolve with it!
