Re: A few good things 1.true 2.true 3.not true . I just finished talking to bastards in videotron, yes you may cancel your contract but you have to pay 120$ penalty if your contract is not over .
the only chance we have to bypass the new limits is to contact office de la protection du consommateur Quebec and make lots of complains »www.opc.gouv.qc.ca/programmes/pe···s_en.asp
here some good pointers that you may use in your complain: if you call videotron and complain witch I did their answer is : WE CLEARLY EXPLAIN THE THE BACK OF YOUR MONTHLY INVOICE THAT VIDEOTRON HAS THE RIGHT TO MODIFY HIS SERVICES BUT NOT THE PRICES . well the point is I made my contract over the phone and you don't receive an invoice till a month later witch by that time you are already stuck with a one year contract.
well I personally asked about an unlimited service over the phone and no one said anything about the fine print in the back of my bill witch I was to receive.
btw if any of you guys know an ISP with no cap in montreal area please refer it to me thank you |

 | Wrong. They can't change your terms of service without giving you the ability to not accept them without charge. |
