With grand central are incoming calls supposed to connect to the phones listed in your phone setting?

if you have applied settings correctly, it should ring all of the devices lines appropriate.

This is how I got it set up. GC only connects to to my home phone. Only the home phone will connect.

caddyroger, underneath CELLPHONE in your diagram above, is that box checked?

If so, GC should ring both numbers.

To test, try unchecking your HOME phone, and see if your cell will ring.

if the cell is not checked only the home will ring. is it not?

I was having this problem with my wife's GC number. I deleted all of the other numbers and it started working. It wasn't enough to just uncheck the others. It's worth a shot.

I had this same problem. Tech support (live help) fixed it for me, and she even called to make sure it worked.

I can't find any phone numbers. I did find a live help screen but it didn't work.

Tried that 3 days. Ii might be working but can not be sure Iwasn't home but it did go to my vt voice box. I'll keep working for awhile.
