LBDSL in Chicago

I currently have 6.0/768 from Speakeasy on a dry line. I think I qualify for 8.0/1.0 from LBDSL. A few questions:

Does LBDSL have a POP in Chicago? What is the quality of the routing, ping times, peak hours?

Does LBDSL use PPPOE and if so can I use my own hardware (pfsense) to do the authentication?

Does LBDSL allow me to run services like web/ssh/ftp on my connection?

Thanks!

Yes, we have a PoP in Chicago, as far as latency and routing, that would all depend on where you are trying to get to. Latency to a server in Chicago, would be different then latency to a server in LA.

Yes, we do use PPPoE, as far as what you use to do that, that is 100% up to you, just keep in mind, we can not offer support for 3rd party devices.

Yes, you are paying for the connection, so as long as it is legal within the eyes of the law, we have no issue on what you do on your connection.
