| Re: upload problems... Do a traceroute to www.dslreports.com and also try a speed test (if you can reach the site).
With the traceroute, see if there are high ping times (anything over 100ms) after the first or second hop (if they show a * , then that means it's a packet loss [unless it's showing 3 of them consecutively]).
If you see poor results from that, call up your ISP. It sounds its something at there end and not yours.
