<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1384226"><b>Deep Dish</b></A> : Do a traceroute to www.dslreports.com and also try a speed test (if you can reach the site). <br>With the traceroute, see if there are high ping times (anything over 100ms) after the first or second hop (if they show a * , then that means it's a packet loss [unless it's showing 3 of them consecutively]).<br><br>If you see poor results from that, call up your ISP. I recently got my fiberlink connection (pppoe). first day was all ok, then I began to not being able to upload only very small files (like mails without any attachment). everything seems ok on my computer, where I use commodo firewall and kaspersky antivirus (also tested with all of them closed and disabled and nothing changes).<br>can it be a server issue???<br><br>thanks in advance!<br><br>mibu]]></description>
