 gigahurtzPremium join:2001-10-20 Palm Coast, FL | if you're canceling, you should have a reason.. i've gotten out of several contracts over the years with reasoning behind it. it's all about talking to the right people and knowing how to talk to them. screaming and cursing will get you no where. speak calmly and be understanding. if you're unhappy with the service, explain that. if the rep can't do anything (usually can't) than ask to speak to a manager. if you know what you're doing you'll be out of the contract...
