Believe it or not, Verizon actually is letting me out of my contract due to lack of service. I'm probably in the only zip code in America where thats the case!
I wish Nextel would've done that for me when I was with them 2 years ago.

When I first got my Nextel, it worked OK, but they went downhill fast.

Where I'm at (Philly 'burbs) Verizon is nothing short of excellent. Coverages is excellent pretty much wherever I go....
