| The "new" AT&T... We have this. We're happy with our service. But I've heard that there were so many problems with the transition that they would let you out of the deal if you called them up and asked.
Is there any truth to that?
The one thing I think should be changed with all cellphone companies is the fact that your contract ups for another two years every time you get an upgrade. I think the contract should be standalone and separate from the upgrade. I feel like those being tied together put the customer at an unfair disadvantage.
Of course if I understand it right, to get around that you just put your old sim in your new phone. So the hook is in activating your new sim, not getting your new upgrade phone.
Is that right? -- You're an American. You get a free pass, but nobody rides for free. |
