As Neo pointed out your signals are within the window of optimal operation, however ... your downstream power level is on the verge of being borderline.

To add to that I would also check for flucuation. From your last post I believe you are saying you are having an intermittent connectivity issue and that is usually caused by flux in a signal.

You can check that by logging into your modems internal signal page and monitoring for a few minutes and refreshing the page if it does not auto refresh. Looking for any sudden signal changes of 2 or more.
