| I am desperately trying to be a customer!! *sigh*
Everyone on my court can get Uverse but my address. The CSR's are absolutely no help. The manager I spoke with wasnt much better. I have talked to the techs in the field, both install and the CO techs, to no avail. No one knows who to call to have my address added. The outside plant guys say that I am close enough but they don't handle the surveys and don't know who to call. Does anyone have any information on how to reach executive complaints?
