| easy took me all of 10 min to successfully sign up for the 10 plan. when i put in the number the option for the 10 plan was there i selected it and got the stuff came like 3 days later. i did it for my mom and asked her to see the bill when it comes and she was only charged the 10 bucks |

Hilliard, OH | Good luck with your first bill. I was charged 14.99 and called and said "I ordered $10 DSL". Their response? "We don't have $10 DSL, sorry". I spoke with 3 different people and even emailed the confirmation of my web order. All 3 REFUSED to correct this....I short paid my bill and wrote a letter explaining, as well as included a copy of my web order. Fingers crossed...... |
