1. 256kbps: its a little better than dialup
2. 1.5Mbps: Decent for average person (and probably available to the majority of customers)
3. 7Mbps: For those that / need more than 1.5Mbps, and can get it.

I will go out on a limb and suggest this company is currently on the Qwest network, as I have tried several states on their page, and the Qwest states seem to work.
