Netcong, NJ | Neutral Net is good. A Net-Neutrality law will bring about pay per bit broadband much like pay per killo watt electric service. I think that is the way it should be.
Of course the 5% that use 80% can't afford it but that is not my problem. |

You really don't know much about this interweb thing do you.
And even with a new ip every time your passing on your ddos to another person who is getting hit and billed for your actions. Real responsible person you are.
