Muscle Shoals, AL | Make a real request. Go to the Secretary of State in your state....most states put it on-line.
Locate the registered agent for the company and send them a letter making a request for service by registered mail return receipt.
That gets you a date and who signed for the request recorded.
Now, you need a copy of the merger documents from the FCC and the SEC. That will get you the details of the agreement to offer the service.
Document everything.
You may find that they will live up to the agreements...
If not contact the heads of the agencies that required the offerings and find out about enforcement provisions.
If they do not have a way to enforce the rules then the government is all BS and you need to think about what government is about when you vote.
I would suggest looking at Ron Paul as a real candidate. |
