| Sprint's dropped call rate (somewhat) worse than Verizons REsults from »www.consumerreports.org/cro/elec···tr_1.htm show Sprint on the low end in most cities, most probably due to the poor customer service and Nextel merger (IMHO a hugh mistake).
I would have thought that besides customer service, the quality of Sprints network was at least as good as Verizon's. Having had Sprint for 4+ years I have had a good experience call-wise, both local and around the US when I travel. |

 | This one says Sprint had the fewest dropped calls. I guess it just depends on the methodology. And with Sprint, the Nextel side has poorer service, not the CDMA side.

 | Here in RI and Eastern CT T-Mobile sucks. I have both a T-Mobile phone and Cingular phone (work and personal). It's no contest. The T-Mobile phone becuase it hardly ever has full bars and drops calls all the time. Most people hate T-Mobile around here and are happy with Verizon or Cingular. |
