ADSL2+ in San Francisco

I am looking at getting ADSL2+ in San Francisco.
LBDSL state that they serve SF. Does anybody have any experience with this? How is the service quality (especially upstream)? How long is the provision time?

Also, I think the ADSL2+ spec supports bonding. Is there anybody out there offering 2 bonded ADSL2+ circuits?

 Installation time frame for a dry loop xDSL circuit (which is what ADSL2+ is) is 2-3 weeks. We do not offer bonding for anything below T1, as of right now.
