If someone is stupid enough NOT to tie up their WiFi with a Password, they shouldn't care if someone else can "steal" the signal. Ineptness and ignorance shouldn't be rewarded.
So if I forget to lock my door I DESERVE to get robbed? The robber shouldn't be punished because it would be just rewarding my ineptness?
But in this case you DESERVE to get into some trouble for redistributing the internet access which you agreed not to do in your ISP TOS.
