Coppell, TX | I guess it's regional I'm in DFW and had AT&T/Cingular for about 5 years now. Reception is outstanding and dropped calls are virtually non-existent for me. We do have one dead area in town but according to various coverages maps, it's dead for all carriers. But, I have taken my phone to the Columbus, OH area and reception sucks big time.
One interesting point, I took my Cingular RAZR to the top of La Plata Peak in the CO Rockies last July and got a signal there. So that's out in the middle of nowhere and 14,000+ feet up in the air... lol
