From the "STB stuck in Offline mode" thread

Q: My STB won't download program guide data (it just says please wait for every channel). It won't connect to VOD. In Settings->System Info it says Network Status: Offline. Cold power cycling the STB does not fix the problem.

A: The only way to fix this is to call Verizon and have them reset your STB.
